Responsibilities:

Use the CORE 4 model to serve drive-thru guests with eye contact, smiles, enthusiasm, and creating connection
Maintain a sense of urgency while ensuring accuracy
Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient drive-thru operations
Upsell items to contribute to restaurant goals
Master all Drive Thru related positions
Take orders with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Ensure product quality and consistency
Stay up-to-date with new products and complete in-house training
Take orders outside in varying weather conditions

Qualifications:

Available on Saturdays
Comfortable working outside and using a cash register and iPad
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Effective communication skills
Customer service-oriented
