FasTrak Manager
Thanks for your interest in Chick-fil-A Nine Mile Road’s FasTrak Manager Program. If you are looking for an opportunity that will challenge you to grow both personally and professionally while giving you real world leadership experience this program may be for you! Our FasTrak Manager Program is a two year commitment, requires full availability, where the leader will undergo an intense 6-9 months leadership training where they learn all aspects of running the restaurant, leading shifts, leading people and business acumen. After the initial 6-9 months training they are given the opportunity to lead a specified department with one of America’s most trusted brands—leadership opportunities include but are not limited to daily Operations (Front Counter, Drive Thru and the Kitchen), Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Marketing and Outside Sales.
This opportunity allows you to work with other like minded high performing leaders and lay a solid foundation for a successful career in the restaurant, as a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator, a Chick-fil-A corporate staff member or any other path of your choosing.

Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent work experience
- Be capable for working on their feet for 6-8 hours
- Be able to lift and manipulate at least 40 pounds over
- Have reliable transportation
- Full time availability to work 40-45 hours per week
