Responsibilities:

Pursue personal and professional growth
Balance hard work and guest-focused service in a fast-paced environment
Lead the overnight team by example
Coach and develop team members utilizing situational leadership
Assess, develop, and implement systems for improvement throughout the restaurant
Ensure that we are food safe at all times while producing high-quality food

Requirements:

Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours
Capability to lift and manipulate at least 40 pounds
Reliable transportation
Full-time availability to work 40-45 hours per week
