What to expect:
Sales Associates’ primary responsibility is providing exceptional customer service. They offer solutions to the customer’s needs, the help in the Helpful Place. Sales Associate must also assist in maintaining a clean and stocked store. As a Cashier, they are to exemplify the foundation of our service to each customer as they enter and leave the store.
- You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
- Operate Cash register, computer, and Point of Sale system.
- When on Cashier, asking customers if they have an ACE REWARDS card, and signing them up accordingly
- Answering Customer questions via the phone.
- You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (8 hours).
- You must lift 25 to 30 lbs.
