***Compensation Structure***
Ongoing Pay:
- Hourly Base Pay Starting at $12/Hr with 1.5X Overtime
- Bonuses up to $5,400/year
- Tips (~ranges from +$1-3/Hr)

SIGN ON BONUS (begins once training is completed) $600 will be granted after 120 days if you are NOT late or no call/no show.
Effective pay with overtime, bonuses, tips, and PTO at 50 hours/week starts at $14.50/hr. with a potential to grow up to $18/hr.!
NOTE: Managers are in "WORKING MANAGEMENT POSITIONS" where you will primarily be working alongside staff to serve customers.

What you'll be responsible for:
You will recruit, train, reward, and terminate staff in order to maintain an awesome team
Manage staff work schedules fairly and control labor costs
Control inventory, food preparation, and reduce wastage to reduce food cost
Make sure all food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are in compliance
You will be responsible for inventory and money control systems
NOTE: Managers are in "working management positions" where you will work alongside staff.
