The prep position works independently to produce various salads, cold products, chicken, and lemonade for use in the front of house. The prep team member will be responsible for creating salads/wraps/yogurts, prepping produce and slicing chicken. A Prep Team Member is required to be over 18 and an ultimate self starter.

Prep Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently in accordance with Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all of food prep work station
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Maintain kitchen sanitation
- Integrate and implement new Chick-fil-A product rollouts
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance and or compliance issues to leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks at prep station as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
