Responsibilities:

  • Manage and conduct all maintenance calendar tasks
  • Oversee and conduct repair and maintenance operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Measure and maintain monthly maintenance expense goals
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, refrigeration and plumbing systems

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in facilities management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of repair and maintenance processes.
  • Ability to use electronics for training and tutorials
