Responsibilities:
- Manage and conduct all maintenance calendar tasks
- Oversee and conduct repair and maintenance operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Measure and maintain monthly maintenance expense goals
- Working knowledge of mechanical, refrigeration and plumbing systems
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of repair and maintenance processes.
- Ability to use electronics for training and tutorials
