At Chick-fil-A Lewis Center, the Kitchen Manager will lead our back of house team, ensuring the preparation of exceptional quality in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day back of house shift operations
- Ensure excellent food quality and strict adherence to food safety practices
- Train and mentor team members
- Create team member lineup, manage breaks, and assist in inventory management
- Champion of cleaning and maintenance of equipment in the back of house
- Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Must have availability for open (6am-2pm) or close (2pm-11pm) shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a high school degree or equivalent and be at least 18 years old
- Must have 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work on your feet for 8+ hours per day
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have strong communication and leadership skills
