At Chick-fil-A Lewis Center, the Kitchen Manager will lead our back of house team, ensuring the preparation of exceptional quality in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day back of house shift operations
• Ensure excellent food quality and strict adherence to food safety practices
• Train and mentor team members
• Create team member lineup, manage breaks, and assist in inventory management
• Champion of cleaning and maintenance of equipment in the back of house
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Must have availability for open (6am-2pm) or close (2pm-11pm) shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must have a high school degree or equivalent and be at least 18 years old
• Must have 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work on your feet for 8+ hours per day
• Must have access to reliable transportation
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have strong communication and leadership skills
