As our Shift Lead, you are responsible for the successful day-to-day performance of your store under the guidance of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. Additionally, you’ll train new front- and back-of-the-house associates, deliver exceptional Guest experiences, and contribute to achieving financial targets.
Restaurant Management Team Responsibilities:
- Lead People aspects of a Panda Express restaurant including hiring, training, coaching, and development.
- Ensure the safety of our Guests and Associates through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines.
- Lead Guest components of a Panda Express restaurant including excellent food quality, guest service, associate friendliness, and restaurant cleanliness through your team using proven systems and routines.
- Lead Financial areas of a Panda Express restaurant including sales growth, cost management, and profit growth.
- Apply thorough knowledge of all policies, procedures and practices utilized within unit managed.
- Understand ways in which your unit relates to and impacts PRG.
- Demonstrate knowledge of PRG operations and objectives.
- Seek information regarding trends affecting food service industry.
