You'll work closely with pet parents to understand their goals and concerns, observe behaviors, and create tailored training plans. Not only will you interact with dogs, but you'll also engage with clients, offering tips and tricks for successful training. Qualifications For This Position:

• Knowledge of Operant and Classical Conditioning preferred
• 1-2 years of animal training experience or equivalent education
• Understanding of dog behavior and breed characteristics
• CCPDT Certification or ability to obtain within one year

Responsibilities:

• Train dogs daily and prepare training plans
• Meet with clients to discuss training expectations
• Provide enrichment activities for dogs
• Document behavior and training progress
• Adhere to positive reinforcement training methods
• Conduct group classes and private lessons
• Create content for social media
