As a key member of our leadership team, you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Lead, mentor, and guide direct reports, including the Meal Prep Lead, Line Cook Lead, and Front of House Lead.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement and execute business strategies.
• Ensure adherence to Clean Eatz standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of staff.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Gather guest feedback and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Management experience required; restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
• Some college education preferred.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g., Restaurant365) is a plus.
