Located in St. Louis's Central West End, Retreat is the modern American pub opened in 2015. We are a cocktail bar, with an extensive craft beer selection, and all made from scratch American food.

Retreat is a fast-paced, busy, upscale casual restaurant. Our staff enjoys working at Retreat because of how busy we are. Besides being busy, we serve upscale made-from-scratch food as well as award winning cocktails. We are small, locally owned restaurant. Our staff is allowed and encouraged to be themselves, not to be just another corporate employee.
What are the perks and benefits of working at Retreat Gastropub? Our staff makes good money because we are busy every day. We also offer health insurance, vision, dental, and life insurances to all full-time employees. Employees are offered one week of paid time off once they have worked for us for one year.
