Over night Porter duties include, disassembly and cleaning of the char broiler, filtering and cleaning fry vats, hoods and vents of the fryers and char broiler, disassembly and cleaning of the fry dump station, sweeping and mopping the restaurant after closing. Other cleaning tasks assigned as needed. This is a 40 hour a week, full time position that requires over night hours. (10pm to 6am). Every Friday and Saturday off.
