Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a national, fast-casual restaurant franchise known for its delicious cooked-to-order Steakburgers, crispy shoestring fries, and freshly churned frozen custard. We are dedicated to delivering a unique mix of fun, fresh food, and genuine hospitality to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers when entering and leaving the premises
• Manage transactions using a cash register
• Balance the cash register
• Scan goods and ensure accurate pricing and quantities
• Accept payments in cash, credit, or check
• Provide change and receipts
• Issue coupons, vouchers, stamps, and gift cards
• Process returns, refunds, and resolve customer complaints
• Bag and wrap purchased goods for safe transport
• Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience with POS systems and cash registers
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good math skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively resolve complaints
