Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Directors to develop and implement strategic plans and organizational policies.
• Assist in overseeing daily operations, including managing staff, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate and communicate with various leaders to ensure effective and efficient workflow.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Provide support in organizing and facilitating meetings, workshops, and events.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff members.
• Monitor and evaluate programs and activities to ensure compliance with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.

Requirements

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
• Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate effective meetings and presentations.
• Proficient in using various computer software and systems
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, stakeholders, and partners.
