Hiring Entry-Level and Assistant Managers for our restaurant in Fulshear, TX and our new restaurant opening mid-2025 in the Katy, TX area. Managers will be assigned to Fulshear initially and will have the opportunity to transfer to the new location based on performance.

As part of the management team, you’ll provide guidance, direction, and the opportunity to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver’s® leaves happy. This isn't a typical "fast food" restaurant, but a full kitchen working with quality ingredients. You will be on your feet 8-9 hours a day with very little office work.
Managers oversee it all and support their team by leading great shifts and training and supporting the crew. The managers make sure the team is ready at all times by being stocked, ensuring cleanliness, and the team is prepared and ready to give our guests our very best hospitality and great food. Managers are on their feet the entire shift constantly analyzing and making sure the team is going to succeed during the busiest of times.

QUALIFICATIONS
• EDUCATION: College graduate with a degree in hotel and restaurant management or equivalent experience. Certified from a national food safety program.
• EXPERIENCE: At least one year or more experience in a supervisory position.
• CHARACTERISTICS: Have the ability to effectively organize work, communicate well and be management oriented. Be knowledgeable in all aspects of business and show good judgment. Demonstrates an energetic, positive attitude that is contagious. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
