Job Description: Independent Sales Representative

Location: Utah

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Independent Sales Representative to sell a portfolio of products from Shades Brewing, Eight Settlers Spirits, and Mamachari Kombucha to bars and restaurants throughout Utah. This role offers a base pay plus commission, providing an excellent earning potential for driven individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with bar and restaurant owners/managers.
• Present and promote the product portfolio from Shades Brewing, Eight Settlers Spirits, and Mamachari Kombucha to prospective clients.
• Conduct tastings and product demonstrations to generate sales.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing accounts.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience working with distributors is preferred.
• Preference for individuals with experience selling into local bars and restaurants in Utah.
• Knowledge of the local bar and restaurant scene in Utah is a plus.

Compensation:

• Base pay plus commission.
