Main Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls, offering clear, accurate, and professional assistance.
- Book and coordinate transportation schedules for clients, collaborating with the dispatch team to confirm availability.
- Update and maintain client account information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Verify insurance eligibility for clients.
- Communicate effectively with case managers and patients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions and fostering positive relationships.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- General computer knowledge and the ability to navigate customer service software.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and reference checks.
- Successful completion of reference checks and verification of employment application details.
