You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, preparing high-quality food items, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Prepare and cook delicious butter burgers and custard desserts following Culver's standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment and adhere to food safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
• Shut down your station and assist in evening closing tasks
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth restaurant operations.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and passionate about creating a great guest experience.
