We brought Fuzzy's Taco Shop to West Central Florida in 2016. After the success of our 1st store in Brandon, FL we decided to build stores throughout the region. We are successful because we serve generous portions of boldly flavored food at a great price alongside people we respect and are generally proud to work alongside. All management is hands on, leading from the front at all times. Our customers become part of our restaurant family and our restaurants are places they want to hang out and chill out. What does career growth look like at Fuzzy's Taco Shop? Your progression likely starts in an hourly role where you will learn the fundamentals of work at Fuzzy's. The kitchen (BOH) is the heart of our restaurants and the cashiers, bartenders, and bussers (FOH) are the soul.
We 100% prefer to promote from within. From hourly we put plans in place to promote to Team Captain. From Team Captain we plan for Shift Lead. From Lead we promote to AGM, then to GM, Operating Partners, etc...
People are the engine that drives our success.
