We have career growth paths for Wax Specialists and Guest Service Associates that include financial rewards for reaching progressive levels of performance on the way to role mastery. With role mastery, comes the opportunity to become peer-trainers in each of our centers. For those who demonstrate leadership capability and drive, we have a management progression within the centers up to multi-center District Management and beyond. We prefer to promote from within. Our business is actively growing and we welcome and support those who wish to advance and build a career with us.
