Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming. When you walk in the door, you are greeted by a lovely receptionist. All of the nurses are hard-working and dedicated to giving the best care to their patients and families. An RN case manager is on-call 24/7 so if there is ever a problem or question, they are there to help and guide. HR, billing/payroll and the leadership are all outstanding. They really listen to their employees concerns and questions and help to work through any issues that arise. As a whole, everyone does what they can to make Kinder Hearts an amazing company to work for!
