Servant’s Heart provides quality, person-centered residential, vocational and community-based services that promote dignity, self-determination and independence for adults with disabilities. We minister and provide services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illnesses or are in other ways challenged.

What does career growth look like at Servant's Heart? We provide ongoing trainings for DSPs to enhance their knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities. We ensure each staff receives hand over hand trainings with mentor DSPs who can answer all questions and assist in developing therapeutic relationships with individuals. We encourage staff to grow in their chosen fields by offering bonuses and raises for those who complete trainings and certifications within the IDD field.
