Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure the team is prepared for games and tournaments
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, practices, and games
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of players at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience coaching Lacrosse
  • Strong knowledge of the sport, including rules, strategies, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire players to achieve their full potential
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred.
