Requirements:

  • Certification from a nationally recognized organization such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and demonstrate exercises for extended periods of time
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as push-ups, sit-ups, and squats
