Job Title: Shift Leader

Job Summary: The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team during their assigned shift. They ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that team members are following company policies and procedures. The Shift Leader also provides guidance and support to team members, and communicates any issues or concerns to upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct team members during assigned shift
• Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Monitor team members to ensure they are following company policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to team members as needed

• Assist with training new team members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
