Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Role models exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Excels in performing all crew member positions
- Manages crew members and directs the daily operations of the restaurant on their shift, including opening or closing the store, ensuring all food preparation is completed, managing employee breaks and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports
- Ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds maintenance
- Complies with local health and safety codes and company safety and security policies
- Works as a team member to support other restaurant employees in their duties
- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Motivates, coaches, and assists in training crew members. May give feedback to General Manager regarding team member performance or disciplinary issues
- Trains to gain the skills and experience necessary for promotion to Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant General Manager
- Other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS GUIDELINES:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail is preferred. • Proven track record of leadership or managerial skills is preferred.
LANGUAGE ABILITY:
This position requires excellent written, verbal, and group communication skills. This position also involves reading, analyzing, creating, and interpreting general business memos and documents.
MATH ABILITY:
This position requires basic business math skills.
REASONING ABILITY:
This position requires strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to any situation.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
This position requires basic computer and internet skills, including computerized business tools like email and learning management systems.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises Crew Members
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position will require long periods of standing on hard surfaces, occasionally in warm temperatures. There is also likely to be extensive lifting of supplies and materials and moderate to loud noise. Using hands and arms to reach for, grasp, and manipulate objects is required, and finger dexterity may be required for cash register use. There will be constant exposure to hot equipment and oil throughout the workday.
