RATE OF PAY
Depending on experience, we offer you an Hourly Rate of Pay of $12.50 - $14.50 per hour. You can also receive weekly tips and bonuses based on the store's performance—the potential to make up to $16.50 per hour when tips and bonuses are included.

Crew Members perform essential duties in many different areas within the restaurant, including the cash register area, grill, dressing station, fry station, lobby, and morning prep area, and provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Excels at performing essential tasks including runner, frontline coordinator, order taker, dining room attendant, grill operator, sandwich maker, fry station, drinks, and cashier.
- Maintaining friendly, fast, and accurate service, ensuring an excellent customer experience and that all products consistently meet company standards.
- Ensures the restaurant meets company standards concerning cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility.
- Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
- Complete all other duties.

Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent preferred, candidacy for the same is acceptable.
1- year of experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred but not required.
Language Ability
Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary. The ability to read, write, and comprehend instruction is necessary.
Math Ability
This position requires basic math skills.
Computer Skills
Basic computer skills are required to operate POS (cash register)
Physical Demands
This position will require long periods of standing on hard surfaces, occasionally in warm and cold temperatures. There will also likely be extensive lifting supplies and materials and moderate loud noise. Using hands and arms to reach for, grasp, and manipulate objects is required. Finger dexterity may be required for cash register use. There will be constant exposure to hot equipment and oil throughout the workday.
