Terms & Conditions for Worktream's Customer Referral Program

1. The exclusive Workstream referral program is valid for referrals made from until December 31, 2027.
2. In order to participate and refer a prospect to Workstream under this program you must be a customer of Workstream with an active Workstream service subscription from the time of the referral request through the awarding of the referral gift card. 
3. A successful referral will result in a $200 gift card for the referrer sent via email.
4. A referral is considered successful when the referred client completes their first month of subscription payment with Workstream within 60 days from the date Workstream sends the referred client the referral sign up link. 
5. The referred client must be a new, first-time client and account of Workstream who has not been a customer of Workstream during the prior 90 days. All other referrals will be ineligible. Ineligible referrals, include but are not limited to, existing customers of Workstreams, location ownership transfers and administrators of multiple accounts referring to themselves.
6. In the event you provide Workstream the name and contact information of a potential prospect for Workstream to contact, you represent that you have the consent from the potential prospect to share their contact information with Workstream for the purposes of the referral.
7. If a company has been referred to Workstream by multiple people, then Workstream will split the referral bonus across the persons making this referral as determined by Workstream at its discretion.This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers. 
   Whether a referral payout is due shall be a decision made in the sole discretion of Workstream. Workstream reserves the right to declare a referral ineligible for the promotion or terminate or amend the terms of this referral program at any time in Workstream’s sole discretion. 
8. Employees and consultants of Workstream and their family members are ineligible to participate in the referral program. All taxes related to receipt of the gift cards are the responsibility to the gift card recipients.
